What to do?
Most men want to be able to add some more muscle size by hitting the gym. We all aren’t lucky enough to be built like Arnold Schwarzenegger naturally! Some men put muscle on more easily while some struggle just to maintain weight. For those unlucky guys who struggle to put on weight there is a way to put on more size: EAT MORE FOOD!
Since we all can’t stuff our faces with food 24/7 there are products which can help fill the gaps in our diet. A Weight Gainer is a product which is high in protein, rich in carbohydrates and good fats. This creates a very calorie dense drink which is easy to use as a snack during the day. By drinking a weight gainer you are adding more protein to your diet (which your muscles need to grow) and more carbs (which your muscles need for energy). The process isn’t fast, but through consistently filling your body with high quality calories, this will aid in muscle growth. Exercising is a key part (Duh!) to the muscle gaining process as well, but try and limit cardiovascular activity to around 3 days weekly at 30 minutes a session. This will help keep your heart strong but limit the amount of calories you use on “non-growth” exercises.
In case you are unfamiliar with what you should eat to start gaining mass, I have supplied an example diet. Some people may require more calories in their main meals and should adjust their food intake accordingly.

Weight Gainer Protein » can be, but necessarily need to be, mixed with milk. So, since milk isn’t always readily available be ready to mix with water during the day for snacks. Buy yourself 2-3 shaker cups » for convenience sake and put a serving of Weight Gainer » in each one before leaving for work. Then all you have to do is add water, shake, and drink.
There are no excuses to not putting some sort of food in your belly when you are hungry. If you want to grow, you have to find a way!
