Whether we exercise or not our muscle tissue gets damaged from everyday activities. Obviously, when we add exercise to the equation we increase the level of damage and need to find a way to repair.
There are so many different products which will aid in the recuperation of muscle tissue. From Amino Acids to Anti-Oxidants and Vitamins the selection can seem overwhelming.
If muscles do not get the correct pieces needed for proper recovery then they remain in a constant “amino acid exchange” trying to make up for the dietary deficiencies. What does this mean? Well, if you were to workout your shoulders, but you are not consuming enough protein, your damaged shoulder muscles require amino acids to recuperate and they strip amino acids from other muscles to try and do just that. This is not the best option for muscle recovery.
What should you use to improve recovery?
