We all get those days where we do not want to get out of bed, or when we do we want to head straight back to it. What are some ways you can increase energy?
There are so many different products which will give you food energy (protein powders, carbohydrate powders), many products which will help facilitate energy (essential fats, vitamins/minerals), and some which will give you the “feeling” of energy (caffeine based products).
First off, if the body does not get the essential pieces needed for energy production then it remains in a constant rundown state. This makes you continually trying to make up for dietary deficiencies by consuming caffeinated beverages to offset the feeling of fatigue. If you were to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep at least 6 nights a week, and exercise, your body will thank you with great energy and vitality. Doesn’t that sound fantastic? Do you want to know what to do?
What products to use to increase energy?
** not all the products provide a burst of energy, just more the ability to have more energy.**
