Achieve Supplements reserves the right to make changes to the website www.AchieveSupplements.com.au and make alterations to the terms and conditions without prior notice. To avoid disappointment to our valued customers, we recommend that before making purchases with Achieve Supplements, please read over the terms and conditions provided to ensure your approval. All information pertaining to the use of “us” and “we” refers to the service provider, ‘Achieve Supplements’. When there is a referral to “you” it pertains to the person or organisation that purchase or seek the services from Achieve Supplements.
Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Achieve Supplements. Once confirmation is given to all online orders, additions or changes cannot be made.
Price Variation
Achieve Supplements may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Achieve Supplements, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.
Order Cancellations
For any reason that you wish to cancel a confirmed order to Achieve Supplements, please contact us immediately on (07) 3899 3311 or email NewOrders@AchieveSupplements.com.au.
As all orders received through Achieve Supplements are processed quickly to improve satisfaction with our service, please contact us immediately to avoid being charged a delivery/postage fee.
If a confirmed order is sent, it cannot be cancelled.
Payment
We provide various ways of accepting payment of an order.
For on-line orders, accepted payments include:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), PayPal or direct deposit into our account.
In store we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and AMEX.
Credit Card Surcharge
Currently there are no surcharges for Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.Bank Transfer
For all phone orders, we accept bank transfers to the following account. However, the order will not be shipped until receipt of payment is given to us from our financial institution. All orders placed via this method will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, not of receiving the order from you.

Payment variations
If an order is modified or cancelled, where possible, Achieve Supplements will return any over payment.
Shipping
Orders are delivered within Australia via Australia Post using their eParcel service.
We only supply orders within Australia only.
Australia Post Delivery
Upon delivering to you, all parcels will have to be signed for at the time of delivery.
Deliveries to an unattended address will be left a card indicating pickup details at a nearby corresponding Australia Post Office. With goods requiring collection at the Post Office, there may be certain criteria needed for the retrieval of the item. This will be stipulated by Australia Post and at their discretion. Failure to collect the item from the Post Office within the specified time indicated may result in the return of the item to us. In this occurrence, Achieve Supplements will send the item to you again upon receiving an additional shipping charge payment of $9.50 or the actual cost of delivery (whichever is higher). If you no longer require the product, you will be charged for the original postage cost of $9.50 or the actual cost of the delivery (whichever is higher). Upon return of the item the second time, no more efforts will be made to send the item to you, forfeiting all money paid to us for the product and delivery of the order.
Delivery Charges
Currently all orders over $150 will be delivered with FREE DELIVERY and a flat rate of $9.50 for all orders under $150. If an order is returned and you require it to be re-delivered, you will be charged $9.50.
Delivery Times
Achieve Supplements will make every effort to ship your required order within 24 hours of receiving it (or receiving payment via the bank transfer method). However, if a particular item is not in stock with our supplier, contact will be made via telephone or email to you regarding a possible new arrival time or an alternative product. If the new delivery time is not within two weeks of the initial order, you may cancel the order giving you a full refund of purchase price and delivery charge. We will endeavour to update all out of stock items on our website, however some items in our warehouse may sell in a short period of time, and that current item may then be out of stock with our supplier.
Delivery times are in business days. If an order is placed outside business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday, the order will be processed/shipped the next available business day. eg If you place an order at 8pm Friday, the order will be processed at 9am the following Monday morning. However, we may start processing the order earlier at our discretion.
Delivery times exclude Merchant’s order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse). Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel of the delivery agents.
If sending in rural and regional areas within Australia, delivery to the mailing address provided may take longer. Please check with your Post Office if you require further information.
All orders from Achieve Supplements will be sent via Brisbane, Australia.

Returning Your Order
If the product you receive is not the same product that you ordered, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving the item. Contact can be made by calling (07) 3899 3311 or email NewOrders@AchieveSupplements.com.au. Send the unopened product to us and we will send the correct item to you free of any delivery charges.
However, if you change your mind for any reason and no longer require the product, we are unable to offer you a refund.
