Do I need to order a minimum amount to use the courier service?

No, we don't have a minimum order amount to use the courier service and have your supplements within 4 hours. All orders for product that we have in-stock that are received by 1pm will be dispatched immediately with the courier and will be at your door within 4 hours.

Can I get free delivery?

Yes, we offer free Regular Post delivery with Australia Post for orders over $150. If you require your supplements urgently within 4 hours there is a small charge for this premium service.

What happens if I'm not home or at work when the courier delivers my parcel?

The courier company requires a signature on delivery from a responsible person and cannot leave parcels unattended. If you are not available to sign for the parcel, the courier will return the parcel to us and you'll need to pay again for redelivery.

What happens when I order after 1pm or on a weekend?

Your order will be sent out at the start of business on the next working day. We'll phone you first before we book the courier to confirm that you'll be available to sign for the delivery.

How do I use the courier service to have my supplements delivered?

It's easy, if you live in an eligible delivery area we'll present you with two delivery options on the checkout page, you can chose to have your supplements delivered with our standard Australia Post Regular delivery service or you can select the other delivery option to have your supplements delivered with the courier service.
