Creafine

REDBAK CREAFINE is stored as phosphocreatine in muscle. Naturally stored body Creatine provides only a few seconds of energy produced by phosphate. Naturally occurring Creatine is synthesised mainly within the liver and found mostly in red meat and fish. Vegetarians and vegans are usually low in creatine levels.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 100-200ml of water or juice into a Redbak shaker. Add 3g (1/3 of scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid to suit. Seal bag immediately after use.
