Delivery & Payment Information

You're about to start shopping on the AchieveSupplements.com.au website, but first you want to know what payments we accept, how long it will take to receive your order and how much your delivery will cost.

Australia Post eParcel Delivery

All orders received through the Achieve Supplements website will be dispatched from our Hawthorne Store in Brisbane using Australia Post's eParcel Tracking service. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address during working hours to sign for your order. If someone will not be available at home during the day (Monday to Friday), why not have your supplements delivered to your work address, friend or relative.  If Australia Post is unable to deliver your order because no one is home, they'll leave a calling card in your letterbox which will detail how you can collect your parcel from your local post office.

When you place your order before 3pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) your order will be dispatched the same day with Australia Post.

When your order is received over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched with Australia Post on the next business day.
 

OPTION: Authority to Leave (When you're not at home for the delivery)

If you're not home to receive your delivery you can request that we leave your supplements in a secure location at your home.  Simply tell us where you'd like Australia Post to leave your delivery in the comments section when placing an order.  Unfortunately if you do give us/Australia Post an "Authority to Leave" we/Australia Post cannot take any responsibility for your parcel and delivery.  Please be sure you'd like us to leave your parcel at your home without someone signing for it as you take full responsibility and we cannot offer refunds if your parcel isn't there when you return home.

All orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent the same day with Australia Post. You can make payment for your supplement securely using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX cards instantly through our website. We do not store any credit card details and all transactions are 100% private and secure utilising SecurePay as our third party payment gateway. We also accept PayPal payments. After receiving your order it is instantly picked from the shelf, packed and labelled ready for dispatch. Remember, if you order by 3pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day!

All payments for supplements that are received through the Achieve Supplements website is in Australian Dollars and can only be sent within Australia.

 

Undeliverable Orders

Australia Post delivers orders during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). As we utilise tracking on all parcels to ensure that your order is delivered and received we require you or a responsible person to be present to sign for the order. If Australia Post is unable to deliver your order because no one is home, they'll leave a calling card in your letterbox which will detail how you can collect your parcel. Australia Post generally will hold onto your order at a local post office for 1 to 2 weeks.

If a parcel is returned to us as UNDERLIVERABLE or NOT COLLECTED, we will attempt to make contact with you to re-arrange delivery. An administration fee of $30 or 20% of your order (whichever is higher) will apply if we cannot contact you to rearrange delivery within 7 days. For your order to be redelivered you will be required to pay the actual cost of postage or $9.50 delivery (whichever is higher). The cost of postage will be calculated through the Australia Post website.

Please ensure the delivery address you complete at checkout is accurate as that information is automatically transferred to Australia Post's eParcel label. Any errors which result in a product/order being returned will result in the above UNDELIVERABLE fees.
 

 

Returns Policy

Sometimes mistakes can happen (although not often), and if we do happen to send you a product that is different to what you ordered, please contact us within two business days and we'll arrange the correct product to be sent to you. Please do not open or damage the product as you cannot return opened or damaged products.

What is the process involved in returning an incorrectly sent supplement?

  1. Do not open the product

  2. Contact Achieve on 07-3899 3311 or via email NewOrders@AchieveSupplements.com.au

  3. Arrange for return of the product via Australia Post - Regular Post (if you include the Australia Post receipt we'll reimburse you for the postage)

  4. Once we receive your unopened product we'll dispatch the correct product to you that day.

  5. To make things right for the inconvenience we've caused we'll also include some free samples and/or a discount coupon or voucher.

* Please note - Please be sure to carefully package returned goods sent back to us in the post, items that are returned damaged cannot be refunded.

If you change your mind for any reason and no longer require the product, we are unable to offer you a refund.
 

 

Do we send Internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send any supplements internationally. At this stage, we only send supplements throughout Australia.

What you can do if you live overseas? Other customers living overseas have had a relative or friend in Australia take delivery of their products and send them internationally to them.
